Taco Time with Mexicano Peanut Condiment

Corn Tortillas - 2; warmed on skillet

Mexicano Gourmet Peanut Condiment - 1 tbsp

2 cups - Sauteed corn, black beans, bell peppers and onions

Hot Salsa - 1 tbsp

Mexican cheese mix

Sour cream

Salt to taste


Saute the veggies with some salt. Spread Mexicano peanut condiment on the tortillas. Layer with the sauteed veggies. Add hot salsa and grated cheese. Top with some sour cream and serve.
