Summer Salad with Royal Moghul
Ingredients:
Farfalle Pasta - 2 cups cooked slightly al dente
Extra virgin olive oil - 1 tbsp
Royal Moghul Gourmet Peanut Condiment - 4 tbsp
Sauteed bell peppers - 1/2 cup
Chopped Mozzarella Cheese - 1/2 cup
Pine nuts or Sunflower seeds - 2 tbsp
Dried cranberries - 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Directions:
Combine olive oil & peanut condiment to make a quick vinaigrette. Add to the cooked pasta and toss/mix until evenly coated. Add the sauteed bell peppers, cheese, nuts and cranberries. Mix again and your tasty salad is ready!
