Spicy Stir Fry Noodles with Mumbai Chaat peanut condiment

Prep time: 15 minutes; Cook time: 20 minutes


12 oz Stir Fry Rice Noodles [you can use other types of noodles as well; adjust cook time accordingly]

4 - 6 Tablespoons Mumbai Chaat Gourmet Peanut Condiment

2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

1 teaspoon Vinegar

1/2 Onion - Sliced

1 cup Bell Peppers - Sliced

1/2 cup Mushrooms - Sliced

1/2 cup Red Carrots - Sliced

3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Salt to taste

Fresh chopped cilantro for garnish


Boil water. Add noodles to boiling water and cook on medium heat for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Drain, add small amount of vegetable oil and toss until coated.

In a skillet (or wok) heat the remaining oil. Add all the veggies (and protein if using any) and fry until veggies are glistening, about 3-4 minutes. Add the noodles, soy sauce and vinegar to the skillet/wok. Toss and fry for about 3-4 minutes.

Take off heat. Add the Mumbai Chaat peanut condiment and toss the noodles & veggies until coated throughout. Add fresh chopped cilantro for garnish.

Serve hot.
