Spanish style Sazon Orzo Salad

Want to make it Whole30? Just use Cauli Rice in lieu of Orzo!
Ingredients:
1 Cup Orzo
1/2 Onion, chopped
1/2 Bell Pepper, chopped
6-8 Cherry Tomatoes
6-8 Green (or black) Olives
1 Cup Spinach, chopped
Any other veggies you like
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Nummy Nibbles Sazon (Latin American) Seasoning
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste (optional)
Directions:
Heat pan with Olive oil. Saute onion and bell pepper until soft. Add remaining veggies and Sazon seasoning and saute for 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat and set aside.
In the meantime, cook Orzo per instructions.
Combine cooked Orzo & seasoned veggie mix. Add lemon juice and salt, pepper to taste. Toss to combine well. Add some extra Olive oil if you like (we did!).
Devour!
