Savory French Toast
This is a great recipe for anyone trying to lower their sugar intake in the morning, plus these are so easy to make! While this French toast is savory, we did add some caramelized bananas and then drizzled maple syrup for a sweet and savory finish! Yummm😋

Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon oil
1 pack Nummy Nibbles Omelet/Scramble mix - Any flavor
Salt to taste
1/3rd cup water
Sliced bread - cut into halves diagonally
Banana -1 sliced
Maple syrup
Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet.
In a bowl whisk the contents of the pack with water until well mixed.
Dip bread into the mix and coat evenly. Place onto heated skillet and cook for a a couple of minutes until set. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Lightly roast sliced bananas until golden.
Serve French toast with a drizzle of maple syrup and roasted bananas!
