Mole Sauce with Mexicano Gourmet Peanut Condiment

Makes 4 cups; Prep time: 10 minutes; Cooking time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

1 Medium Onion Chopped 

3 Garlic Cloves Chopped

3-4 Tbsp oil

4 Tbsp All Purpose Flour

4-5 Tbsp Mexicano Gourmet Peanut Condiment 

4 cups Chicken Broth/Veggie Broth

Dark Chocolate 2 oz

Directions:

Heat oil in a saucepan. Add chopped onions and cook until lightly browned. Add chopped garlic and cook until fragrant.

Mix in the flour and stir to brown lightly. Now add in the Mexicano Peanut Condiment and stir to combine.

Add the broth and whisk until all the lumps are gone and the mixture is smooth. Bring to a boil and then continue to cook until desired thickness is achieved. Remove from heat and add the chocolate.

Your Mole sauce is now ready to smother enchiladas, tacos, chicken, steak and more!

Gumbo Sauce with Mardi Gras Gourmet Peanut Condiment

Makes 4 servings; Prep time: 15 minutes; Cooking time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp oil

2 Tbsp Butter

4 Tbsp All Purpose Flour

1/2 Medium Onion Chopped 

1/2 Bell Pepper Chopped

1 Celery Stick Chopped

3 Garlic Cloves Chopped

1 can Tomato Sauce

6 Tbsp Mardi Gras Gourmet Peanut Condiment 

2 cups Chicken Broth/Veggie Broth

Directions:

Heat oil in a saucepan. Add the butter into the warmed oil and blend them together.

Mix in the flour and stir until deeply browned.  Add the chopped Onions, Bell Peppers, Celery and Garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.

Add Mardi Gras Peanut Condiment and stir until combined.

Add Tomato Sauce and the broth a mix to combine until smooth. Bring to a boil and simmer until the sauce thickens.

Cucumber Dip with Mumbai Chaat Gourmet Peanut Condiment

Makes 4-6 servings; Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

4 cups Yugurt

1-2 Tbsp Mumbai Chaat Gourmet Peanut Condiment

1/2 Cucumber chopped or shredded

Directions:

Mix the Mumbai Chaat Peanut Condiment into the yogurt and stir until well combined. Add in the chopped cucumber.

And Done! Enjoy the dip with Pita chips or veggies.
