Returns/Refunds/Exchanges Policy

Exchanges are available only for items received Broken at the time of delivery.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges for any other reasons are not available for Food items.

If you receive broken items, please notify us immediately. Please send us pictures, images of broken product, packaging, etc. so we can work with the appropriate carriers to address the issue. Please email us at info [at]

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs to return items will be your responsibility.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
