Naan Pizza with Mumbai Chaat Gourmet Peanut Condiment
Naan bread (plain or garlic) - 1
Mumbai Chaat Gourmet Peanut Condiment - 4-6 tbsp
Cheese (Mozzarella, Goat Cheese, Feta or combination of all) - 1/4 cup
Bell Peppers sliced - 1/2 cup
Onion sliced - one-quarter small onion
Chopped Fresh Cilantro - 2-3 sprigs for garnish
Pre-heat oven to 375 deg F. Spread Mumbai Chaat peanut condiment generously over the naan bread. Layer the bell peppers and onions. Top with cheese.
Place in hot oven for 10-12 minutes, until base is slightly crispy and vegetables are slightly browned.
Take out of the oven and garnish immediately with fresh cilantro.
Let rest for about 5 minutes, then serve hot.
Perfect lunch for one or as a snack/appetizer.
