Montreal Chik'n Sandwich

1 Loaf of French, Italian or Sourdough bread
1 Cup Chik'n Strips [we used Morningstar Vegan Chik'n]
[Note: If using Chicken, make sure it's pre-cooked to the right temperature before using in this recipe]
1/2 Onion, sliced thin
1/2 Bell Pepper, sliced
2-3 teaspoons Nummy Nibbles Quebec [Montreal Style] Seasoning
Mozzarella, shredded [we used Vegan cheese]
1 Tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon Olive Oil
2 teaspoons Nummy Nibbles Garlic Heaven Seasoning [optional]
PreHeat oven to 375 deg F.
Cut loaf in half. Drizzle the Olive oil on both halves. Drizzle Garlic Heaven seasoning (if using).
Add 1/2 teaspoon of Olive oil to Chik'n strips. Rub Quebec Seasoning to coat all pieces.
Assemble onion, bell pepper, chik'n strips and cheese (if using) on one half of the bread.
Place both halves in hot oven and heat until bread is golden brown (about 8-10 minutes). Remove and serve. Enjoy this delicious sandwich!
