Grilled Butternut Squash

This is a great appetizer/snacking dish that is completely guilt-free! Our Evry Thng Bagel Seasoning makes for the crunchy coating. We sliced the wider part of the butternut squash containing the seeds to get rings and then cut the rings for the crescent shaped pieces.

Ingredients:
Butternut squash - crescent pieces (Sliced rings from the wider part and then cut into crescent pieces.
2-3 tsp Olive oil
Salt to taste
3-4 Tbsp - Nummy Nibbles Evry Thng Bagel Seasoning
Directions:
Heat a well oiled grill pan. Coat Butternut squash with oil and place on grill. Cook until the squash has grill marks on both sides. Remove from grill and sprinkle salt over the squash. Place Evry Thng Bagel Seasoning in a small plate/bowl. Dip the butternut squash pieces until covered. Enjoy warm!
