Avocado Sandwich - 2 ways

We LOVE avocado toast! They are so easy to make and pack a ton of flavor. Here are two fun ways to enjoy these!

  • Avocado Toast with Grilled Peaches

Prep time: 5 minutes; Cooking time: 10 minutes

This recipe is Vegan; Vegetarian; Dairy Free; Soy Free;  Plant Based; No Added Sugar; Non GMO; Quick meals

Ingredients:

1 Peach - sliced thick

1/2 Avocado - sliced 

2-4 Tablespoons Melted Butter (we used the vegan kind)

Butter for toast

Salt to taste

1 slice - Bread 

Garnish

Nummy Nibbles Evry Thng Bagel Seasoning

Directions:

Heat a well oiled grill pan. Coat Peaches in melted butter and place on grill pan. grill until done on both sides. Grill toast as well. Layer the grilled peaches and the sliced avocados over the grilled toast. Sprinkle the Evry Thng Bagel Seasoning generously! Devour!
 

  • Avocado Toast with grilled Bell Peppers and Cherry tomatoes 

Prep time: 5 minutes; Cooking time: 10 minutes

This recipe is Vegan; Vegetarian; Dairy Free; Soy Free;  Plant Based; No Added Sugar; Non GMO; Quick meals

Ingredients:

5-6 slices - Bell Pepper 

1/2 Avocado 

a small piece - Onion diced

5-6 - Cherry Tomatoes

Butter for toast

Salt to taste

1 - slice Bread 

Garnish

Nummy Nibbles Pizza Seasoning

Directions:

Heat a well oiled grill pan. Grill bell peppers and Cherry tomatoes. Grill toast as well.

Smash Avocado & Onions together and create a smooth paste (like Guacamole)

Layer the Avocado mix over the toast. Add grilled bell peppers and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle the Pizza Seasoning and sprinkle some salt. That's it, enjoy!
