In 2017, our chef & co-founder, Subu tried the Whole30 program for the first time. He was amazed at the positive impact the program had on his life! It was however difficult at times, to create flavorful foods during the program given his schedule. So when we started our journey towards launching our sauces, it was clear - they needed to be easy to use and Whole30 compliant - which would make it easier for many more to try the program and benefit from it. It took about 6 months and many, many test runs, to get all the flavors right, but we did it!

Our Tikka Masala is a silky sauce that combines tangy tomato, ginger, garlic and our family's traditional spice blend including cloves, coriander, cardamom & nutmeg. Our sauce is perfect for the ultimate Chicken Tikka Masala, or pour over saute'd veggies for a finger-licking delicious meal!

This Kolhapuri simmer sauce from Western India brings together the flavors of toasted coconut and Sesame, with the brightness of tomatoes and our special blend of spices including Serrano peppers.
This sauce is great to make restaurant quality Aloo Gobi (Potatoes & Cauliflower) and Korma. Or skip marinara, and try this instead on your veggie noodles for a fun twist!.

Our Malabar curry represents the flavors of beautiful Kerala located on the southern coast of India. An amazing medley of coconut, black pepper and fennel, this sauce has everything you need to add flavor to any meal - a little peppery, a little spicy & a little tangy! Saute' chicken/ Fish/ shrimp and add to the sauce.

Easy, Fun Whole30 Recipes!

Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Cooking oil
1 lb Chicken- cubed
1/2 Medium Sized Bell Pepper - cubed
1/2 Medium Sized Onion - cubed
1 jar Nummy Nibbles Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce
Fresh Cilantro leaves [chopped] - for garnish

Directions:

Pour 1/3rd cup Tikka Masala Sauce over the cubed chicken and coat completely to marinate for an hour. Remove chicken from the marinate. Reserve the extra marinade for curry. Grill or broil the chicken until slightly charred. Heat oil in a pan. Saute onions & bell peppers until roasted. Pour reserved marinade & remaining Tikka Masala sauce into the pan and bring to simmer. Remove from heat and transfer to serving dish. Add the grilled chicken into the sauce and garnish with chopped cilantro.
Enjoy with cauli rice! 

Aloo Gobi(Potato & Cauliflower) 

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon cooking oil of your choice
1 cup Potatoes [diced, partially cooked]
1 cup Cauliflower [florets]
*you can add your other fave veggies like peas, carrots, green beans, bell peppers if you like*
1 jar Kolhapuri Cooking Sauce
Fresh Cilantro leaves [chopped] - for garnish

Directions:

Heat oil in a skillet. Add veggies and cook until roasted, stirring occasionally.
Add Kolhapuri cooking sauce and simmer on heat for few minutes. Turn off heat. Garnish with cilantro.
Enjoy!

Meatball Curry

Ingredients:

1 Jar Malabar Cooking Sauce
6-8 Frozen meatballs
Chef recommends:
1/2 Onion [sliced]
1/2 Bell pepper [chopped]
1 cup water

Directions:

Add ingredients to Instant Pot. Put lid on. Turn on Pressure Cook mode and set the timer for 4 minutes (adjust for type of meatballs used). Release steam naturally for 2-3 minutes, then vent manually. And it's done!
Serve with veggie noodles.
